i have had the bike about 10 weeks now and am extremely happy with it , super quick easy to use and works great on the beach and sandy tracks around where i live . has plenty of power and the dual motors are perfect for what I needed

I didn't really like the saddle and found it a bit too low, so I replaced the stem with a tilt pin. So I modified it a bit to my liking. Otherwise, it's a great bike. I've already put quite a few kilometers on it.

I've put this ebike through 900 miles in weather as cold as 15 Fahrenheit, hills and roads of all types.
Pavement, dirt, rocks.
I've also wrecked going 15 MPH or more.
This bike can handle it all.
Mostly modular, I'd recommend purchasing products directly from jansno, they have superior customer service and have been able to accommodate everything I've asked for, brake lines and inner tube's included at no cost.
Also do yourself a favor and change from knobbie tires from x50 to the x60 or something similar with touring tread instead.

Despite an initial battery problem, which Mr. Parko Lin resolved in a very professional and professional manner (sending a new battery and an LCD screen!!!!!), I'm having a great time on this Jansno X50!!! It's already aesthetically a superb machine that leaves no one indifferent, and above all, incredible speed and battery life!! I hardly ever use my car for distances less than 15km (I'm a bit lazy!!)))) and in the city, what a treat not to be dressed like a clown!! (cycling gear!) while doing a bit of sport!))) You can be classy while cycling!! Bravo for this bike, which is a BOMB in the world of electric-assist bikes!! Thanks again!!
Malgré au début,un problème de batterie , réglé par M.Parko Lin de façon très commerciale et professionnelle (envoi d'une nouvelle batterie et d'un écran LCD !!!!!) je vis des supers moments sur ce Jansno X50 !!! c'est déjà esthétiquement un superbe engin qui ne laisse personne indifférent et surtout des performances incroyables de vitesse et d'autonomie !! je n'utilise presque plus ma voiture pour des distances inférieures à 15kms ( je suis un peu fainéant !!))))et en ville , quel régal de ne pas être habillé comme un clown !! (panoplie de cycliste !)tout en faisant un peu de sport !))) on peut être classe en faisant du vélo !! Bravo pour ce vélo qui est une BOMBE dans l'univers des vélos a assistance électrique !! merci encore !!
It's a great bike got here in great time. Was good for about 6 weeks then brakes started to really slow down and not stop the bike like they did. Tried tightening the brakes but they just wore back down. Recommend just switching the disc brake to hydraulic brakes. Otherwise great bike and great service.
Bonjour j ai acheté ce vélo principalement pour son rapport qualité prix au début tout fonctionnait parfaitement jusque au moment ou j ai eu le code d'erreur E10 j ai contacté la SAV ils on été très réactifs je l ai réparé et maintenant je le rentabilise comme il se doit je pense que l incident c'était un problème de construction mais la SAV a été très réactive donc le vélo a été réparé en un rien de temps.

La bici è bellissima, ancora più bella che in foto! Molto comoda e pratica. Come molti, sottolineo l’unica pecca dei freni meccanici…nel totale sono davvero contento e spero che possa anche durare nel tempo.

Real good bike , pull great range is about 17km throttle only about 35km if you pedal a bit and use throttle , being a large guy (90kg) the range is real good , max speed 47kmh , recommend to anyone
Not gonna lie I was nervous about these bikes because of the price but after riding a fee days now I've absolutely fallen in love with this bike easy assembly smooth transitions and it's completely legal here in texas well done jansno ill leave another review once I've put a decent amount of miles on it currently only at 45 miles riden
